Are you suffering?

- You are suffering from illness, the pain of losing a loved one, disharmony between husband and wife, disobedient children, poverty, being deceived by others, suffering in love.......- You want to be free from these sufferings? I will help you, only the Noble Eightfold Path can help you awaken, gain wisdom. With wisdom, you will understand where sufferings come from and how to eliminate them.

Always remind yourself every minute, every second

Every day, always practice reminding your mind, thinking rationally: Mind is still, calm, peaceful and carefree. - You will feel the taste of liberation in every minute, every second.

Live without causing suffering to yourself, others, and all living beings.

- Practicing the Dharma correctly, you will feel healthy, comfortable, not tired of praying, worshiping, chanting. - Practicing the Dharma correctly, you will not bother others, affect others. - Practicing the Dharma correctly, you will love all living beings, not kill and eat living beings, your love will cover all things (Animals also love life, fear death like you, sweat also has a salty taste and blood is also red). - Practicing the Dharma correctly to be liberated is to follow the path of the eightfold path, to attain precepts - meditation - wisdom. - Practicing the Dharma correctly is to rely on yourself to attain enlightenment, not to ask for external forces. - Your field of goodness will grow accordingly.

No one can give you wisdom, you have to realize it yourself.
